Your website will undergo 3 revision rounds.  What this means is that once you have supplied the content, we will create the website.  You can request adjustments to the website for three rounds.  If you require another round or revision, this is outside the scope of the website and will be treated as a variation.  Please note, that changing your content is considered a revision, so it is important to get your content right before you submit it.

Your website will be fully optimised for SEO so that it has the key attributes needed for Google ranking.  Please note that organic ranking takes time and work.  So if you want good web presence you will also need to consider writing regular content, and using forms of online advertising to get your get your business on the top of the front page.

We will set up a email marketing system on your website. The purpose of this is to capture emails so that you can promote your business.  You will be able to create campaigns and bulk send them to people on your email list.

Hibiscus Media will identify key words for each page that can be used to fully optimise each page. It is recommended to use 1 -2 key words maximum for each page to avoid being penalised by Google.

If you are keen to launch a product or service online, we will integrate our own online shop.  We give you the choice of the Ecwid platform or the Woo Commerce platform and will start you off with 10 products.  Alternatively, if you have a WordPress compatible booking system, we will integrate this for you. Our booking system recommendation is Rezdy.

We will ensure your shop or booking system is all set up for SEO
