The Privacy Stack is a client-owned infrastructure system running on hardware you own. It includes Nextcloud (private file storage), Manager.io (accounting), Collabora (office suite), Ollama (private AI), Tailscale VPN (secure access), and encrypted backups. No subscriptions. No vendor lock-in. Complete ownership.

What hardware do you use?
We deploy on a GEEKOM A9 mini PC (128GB SSD, you own it). It sits in your office or your data centre. You own the hardware, the data, and the infrastructure. We provide optional managed support if you need it.

$4,495 for initial build and deployment (hardware + setup + configuration). Optional ongoing support is $260/month. No subscriptions for software — everything is licensed or open-source.
What about backups and security?
Encrypted backups run automatically off-site to your cloud backup provider (Backblaze, AWS, etc.). You control the backup keys. VPN access is secured via Tailscale. All data stays on your hardware — nothing is stored on our servers.
